Danny Lallis is an associate with the firm. Danny has worked on an array of cases at PMB, and has been with the firm since its beginnings. Mr. Lallis is well-versed in all general liability tasks; drafting briefs, memos and pleadings, performing research and routinely appearing in court. Recently, Mr. Lallis was part of the PMB team securing victory before the New Jersey Supreme Court in a case presenting far-ranging questions of law for surplus lines insurers operating in New Jersey. In its unanimous decision, The Supreme Court found in favor of PMB's argument for the insurance company.
Danny handles all aspects of litigation matters in the areas of product liability, medical malpractice, construction and negligence.
