Anthony M. Pisciotti is a partner with the firm. He has a wide range of experience in civil litigation with an emphasis on product liability, construction and insurance coverage. Mr. Pisciotti has defended cases involving industrial equipment, tractor trailers, firearms and ammunition, less lethal law enforcement products, elevators, escalators, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, premises liability and fire loss matters. Mr. Pisciotti also has extensive experience relating to insurance coverage analysis. He serves as national and regional litigation counsel for clients.

Mr. Pisciotti has drafted product manuals and warnings for clients. He has advised clients regarding product recalls and upgrade programs. Mr. Pisciotti regularly works with clients to implement design, manufacturing, and operational changes to prevent future litigation. He counsels clients on core business issues and on acquisitions.

Mr. Pisciotti has successfully tried cases in state and federal courts across the country. He possesses appellate experience including victories before the New Jersey and Alabama Supreme Courts. He has also effectively utilized alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration, to resolve numerous complex cases.
