Jeffrey M. Malsch is a partner with the firm. His practice area is concentrated on product liability defense of firearm, power tool and industrial machine manufacturers. He also has extensive experience litigating New York based claims involving construction sites (personal injury and commercial disputes), labor law, civil rights, asbestos, environmental and toxic torts, premises, automotive liability and insurance coverage disputes.

Mr. Malsch has litigated product liability cases throughout the nation in state and federal courts as national counsel for various product manufacturers, distributors, and retailers. He also has extensive trial experience in all New York state and federal courts in New York City and the surrounding counties, both as lead trial counsel and as local counsel to out-of-state firms.
