Ryan is an associate with the firm. Ryan previously worked at a large international law firm, serving as coverage counsel for insurers and insureds of fidelity, professional liability and employment liability insurance policies. His clients included insurers, mid-sized businesses, insurance agents, title agents, and mortgage brokers. Ryan negotiated settlement of claims, participated in arbitrations and mediations, and acted as an intermediary in dispute resolution. Ryan also performed general liability tasks; drafting briefs, memos and pleadings, performing heavy research, and assessing potential viability and likelihood of success of various lawsuits.
Ryan handles all aspects of litigation matters in the areas of product liability, medical malpractice and negligence.
